in the bottom position.
4 SETS : 6 to 8
*do both stances

1. STANDING BAND HIP ABDUCTION
TO HIP EXTENSION.
 glute band just above knees
3 SETS : 10 to 12

2.  SIDE LYING STRAIGHT LEG
BAND ABDUCTION
band just above knees
3 SETS : 15 to 20

3. SINGLE LEG HIP HINGE/EXTENSION
glute band just above knees
3 SETS : 10 to 12

4. DB FROG PUMP
2 SETS : 20 to 30

5. SINGLE LEG GLUTE BRIDGE
glute band just above knees
3 SETS : 12-12-12
