PL. FRONT RACK BB BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT
2-3 WARM UP SETS
front rack bb position with rear foot elevated
this one is very hard lol
4 SETS : 10-8-6-4 + rest pause 1-2

1. UNILATERAL BENT KNEE REVERSE HYPER
bent knee hip extension
3 SETS : 12-12-12

2. STANDING BAND HIP ABDUCTION
band just above knees and open up and out
into hip abduction like a swinging gate
3 SETS : 15 to 20

3. BANDED DB FROG PUMP
glute band just above knees and db
loading on hips
3 SETS : 25-25-25

4. REVERSE HYPER
3 SETS : 20-20-20

5. SINGLE LEG HIP THRUST
use light glute band just above knees
add db loading if needed
3 SETS : 10 to 12 + myo reps
